Passionate about enabling a world better led, Jarrad empowers organizations to create healthy, high-performing cultures and helps leaders reach their full potential. Combining a deep understanding of the ‘human’ side of business performance with an analytical background in strategy and organizational consulting, he designs and implements the organizational, cultural, talent, and leadership dimensions of transformation.

As a seasoned assessor, Jarrad leverages psychometric tools, behavioral data, proprietary assessments, and competency-based interviews to evaluate senior executives’ leadership capabilities. His insights guide critical talent decisions for leading companies and private equity firms, impacting selection, promotion, development, and hiring processes.

Internally, Jarrad is a founding member of Heidrick & Struggles’ Digital and Innovation team, where he helped shape the firm’s approach to digital acceleration and digital leadership. He is also a member of the firm’s Generative AI working group. He has authored numerous future studies and reports that challenge clients to think beyond the present and navigate evolving industries, from banking to national defense. Jarrad is also the Heidrick Consulting lead for the firm’s Technology & Services practice.

He began his career in strategy and transformation as an associate at Decision Strategies International (DSI), a global strategy and executive development advisory firm acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2016. In addition to his role at Heidrick & Struggles, Jarrad teaches courses on innovation, orchestrating ecosystems, digital dexterity and change leadership, among other leadership topics. He has also facilitated business simulations and executive development programs at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education, University of Pennsylvania.
